Quick-Chick!

The best thing about staying friends someone from high school is the years of laughter and support you give to each other! The downside is we can both back-date each other further back than we care to admit (forever 28 we shall remain!). My dear friend Cheryl sent this to me to share with everyone who is looking for something easy, flavorful and quick to make! This is perfect to make if you've had a long day at work, or just don't feel like pulling out more than 5 ingredients and cooking! The beauty is you can go as small or large with this, and still use little ingredients! Let's Cook!

The Tools
  • A Can Opener

  • Baking Dish

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Chicken Breasts (give or take)

  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5oz can)

  • Paprika

  • Kosher Salt

  • Pepper

Let's Cook!
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt and pepper (to taste). Place in baking dish.

  3. Open soup can and cover chicken with soup (do not add water).

  4. Sprinkle chicken/soup with paprika.

  5. Place chicken in oven for one (1) hour. When chicken is cooked, remove from oven and let cool. Serve with favorite sides and enjoy!

Suggested Sides
  • Steamed Broccoli

  • Green Beans

  • White Rice

  • Couscous

Thank You Cheryl For an AMAZING Recipe!
