Roasted Potatos

Writer's picture: George KuntzGeorge Kuntz

I don't know anyone who doesn't love a good potato. Baked, mashed, or hashed, let's face it- we love our potatoes. If you're looking for a quick, easy way to roast these babies, look no further. With a little oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, you'll be loving this side dish recipe (or just eat the entire pan). Let's Cook!

The Tools
  • Cutting Board

  • Sharp Knife

  • Baking Sheet (with sides)

  • Mixing Bowl

The Ingredients
  • 24oz Fingerling Multi-Colored Potatoes (or larger bag if you need more)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Italian Seasoning

Let's Cook

  1. Preheat Oven to 350degrees. If you have a setting to roast, use that setting. If not, baking is just fine!

  2. Take potatoes and cut into bite sized pieces. Add to bowl.

  3. One you have cut up the bag, coat the potatoes in your olive oil. Give potatoes a stir to coat all the pieces until they become well coated.

  4. Add a couple of pinches of salt and pepper (to taste) and stir together, coating potatoes with seasoning.

  5. Sprinkle in Italian seasonings until the potatoes are coated. Mix together.

  6. Spread out the mixture onto a baking sheet and place on center rack of oven.

  7. Roast/bake for 30-35 minutes, until potatoes begin to brown.

  8. Once fork tender, remove from oven and let cool. Serve with favorite entree or as a side for breakfast!
